African Children's Mission

The African Children’s Mission at Redeemer funds community-based projects organized by local leaders to benefit infants and children orphaned by AIDS in Malawi.  We partner with the Global AIDS Interfaith Alliance (GAIA) which not only works with us to identify worthy projects but also provides oversight of the funding to ensure that funds are indeed applied effectively and efficiently.

Mission Trips

At least once a year, Redeemer sponsors a mission/work trip to a location outside our region. During June of 2010 & 2012, our youth traveled to the Dominican Republic for a week-long work and mission to an Episcopal camp and conference center. You can view photos of the trip here.

The parish has also sponsored two work trips to New Orleans to work on Katrina relief and will sponsor several teens from the Dominican Republic to visit here this December.
