The 2025 Redeemer Christmas Village is Redeemer’s one-of-a-kind annual fundraising event aimed at supporting our community efforts. The Friday evening premiere party is THE event of the year to support Redeemer Outreach and serves to bring us together for the evening to celebrate our wonderful community. On Friday, November 14 from 6 to 9 pm, the Redeemer community as well as invited friends and neighbors will gather to enjoy an outdoor European style Christmas Village with sparkling lights, delicious food, fun cocktails, mocktails and wine, festive live music, a silent auction and most importantly a variety of select vendor booths to begin their Christmas shopping, a portion of which will benefit Redeemer’s outreach efforts.

The vendors that have committed to both Friday and Saturday include old favorites such as Painted Sky Alpaca Farm & Fiber and Little House Shop. There will also be an exciting selection of new vendors including Valley Forge Flowers and Barbara Hartmann Studio.

On Friday evening, we look forward to 13th Street Cocktails returning with a carefully curated cocktail and mocktail menu and a beautiful wine bar. In addition, there will be indoor dining available, festive music and silent bidding on special and unique auction items.
Online bidding will begin on November 10. Stay tuned!

Similar to last year, there is no charge for admission to the Village either day. However, if you would like to enjoy a delicious meal on Friday evening, parishioners and invited guests will need to purchase dinner tickets ahead of time. You can do that by returning the RSVP card to the church office (this was in the invitation that was mailed to you in October).  Unlike previous years - you cannot buy tickets online. If you need another invitation or RSVP card, please call the Redeemer office.  The deadline to purchase dinner tickets is November 7. Please note that Friday’s event is adults only.

On Saturday, November 15, the Christmas Village is open from 10 am to 3 pm to everyone! This free family-friendly event welcomes adults and children of the parish, our friends and neighbors and the broader Philadelphia community. All are welcome. Saturday will have the added benefit of a delightful shopping experience for children as well as specially designed activities to entertain and delight. The Redeemer Youth Group will be serving lunch and refreshments. Note that a portion of all proceeds from the Village will go to Redeemer’s outreach efforts benefiting community organizations addressing social needs, so please do come and shop for a cause!

Please contact
Kate Chojnacki, Mary Ann Nevins or Caroline Manogue with any questions about dinner tickets, the silent auction, the Village or opportunities to help. It truly takes a village for Redeemer to have a successful Christmas Village!

Tasty Treats

Redeemer cooks and bakers are gathering to prepare this year’s offerings for the Village’s Tasty Treats tent. Stop by on November 14th and 15th to check out the great selection of frozen meals, soups, snacks and baked goods.

The Christmas Shoppe

We are pleased that the Redeemer Christmas Village this year will again have a tent called The Christmas Shoppe. This tent will offer beautiful products curated at the NYC gift show as well as some crafts that are the handiwork of parishioners both young and old. We will offer delightful gifts that highlight some of Redeemer’s creativity – all for a good cause.

We are pleased to host craft hours this Fall and encourage you to drop by Room 007 of the Parish House on Wednesdays from 10 AM – 12 Noon. All Redeemer parishioners are welcome to join in the fun! If you would prefer to come in the evening, please reach out to Caroline Manogue and she can arrange to meet you there.
